Are you an experienced Education **Recruitment Consultan**t looking for a new challenge and who wants to work with an agency who allows its staff to have autonomy over how they work?

I am proud to be working with an extremely respected Education Agency who are looking to add an additional Recruitment Consultant to the team based in Oxford. The team and business pride themselves on putting people and children first and as such all staff are passionate and driven to always provide the best service.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
- Meet schools face to face by carrying out school visits and review service levels

**What we need from you**:

- Full driving licence and access to a car to carry out school visits
- Passion for providing excellence in the classroom
- Experience working as a recruitment consultant, educator or in a sales based role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
