We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Trades & Labour team in our office based in Oxford.

They are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join the team and you will have the luxury of working on a warm desk that currently has live vacancies that will be handed over to you from day one, giving you the opportunity to progress and achievegreat success even in your first few months. With the team having an exceptional name and reputation in the industry this will be a huge benefit to you when you are doing business development calls and building relationships with existing, potential and newclients.

**What will you be doing as a Recruitment Consultant?**
- Managing and maintaining client relationships through the fulfilment of needs and expectations
- Adhering to Company Values
- Using the Job boards to conduct CV searches and post job adverts
- Using social media platforms like LinkedIn to become an expert in the Trades & Labour sector

**Training**: Even if you have experience in sales or recruitment, we do not expect you to understand our company process and procedures straight away, so we offer a 12 week comprehensive training programme based around the system, our process,compliance, timesheets, fees, TOB's etc. You will also appreciate working in a closely with some of the companies' highest performers which will be your mentors and coaches.
