**About Depaul and the role**
Depaul is a cross border charity supporting some of the most marginalised individuals, couples and families experiencing homelessness.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to provide support to our organisation’s central services team in Belfast. Depaul is a values-led organisation working with a number of services throughout Dublin and Belfast.

This role will be reporting into the Fundraising & Communications Executive and will provide excellent donor care and to support the administrative needs of the fundraising department, including individual giving campaigns, corporate and grants and trusts.

**Key Areas of Responsibility**
- Processing and tracking of individual donation.
- Preparing and submitting our Direct Debit file on a monthly basis.
- Managing Charitable Tax Donation Scheme.
- Issuing thank you letters to donors and responding to donors’ queries.
- Preparing donation summary and income tracking reports in line with financial processes.
- Updating and maintaining our database in line with GDPR.
- Supporting the administrative tasks for Depaul’s Corporate and Grant and Trust income including tracking opportunities, managing relevant deadlines, liaising with relevant stakeholders around expenditure, supporting on the administration of relevant reports.
- General fundraising administration tasks as they arise for the department.

**We're looking for someone with...**
- 2 years admin experience - ideally within the charity sector but not essential
- Excellent excel and word skills
- Experience using CRM systems, particularly salesforce
- Ability to balance mulitple competing work demand
- Strong attention to detail.
