My client, a national hospitality business operating in the upper echelons of the food and beverage sector are looking to appoint a Human Resources Business Partner to support a growing company in the next phase of their expansion.
With an unwavering commitment to delivering seasonal, sustainable, stylish and quality focused food and service, my client is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to support the business with all HR matters.
A commercial HR background within Food & Beverage/Catering/Hospitality is key to understanding an organisation which lives, drinks and breathes food.
It is preferable you be part or fully qualified CIPD or degree equivalent and must be able to document from personal experience management of the following;
- Tupe transfer
- Performance Management
- Talent Management
- Employee Relations
- Discipline and Grievance
- Employee Engagement
- Leadership development
The role is focused around London and the Home Counties however you may be required to visit some regional client sites ad hoc.
42 hours per week
Monday-Friday
Salary £50,000 negotiable + bens
