Forward role are working with a leading Fast Fashion company in Manchester to recruit a best in class Head of CRM. They currently have a marketing team of around 23 and have recently invested heavily in recruiting key talent to deliver their strategic plansand drive the business forward.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reporting into the Marketing Director this role will oversee all CRM functions building the business customer management capabilities and drive excelled customer experience
- Key objectives will be to maximise customer retention and acquisition of new customers in line with customer targets and revenue goals.
- Leading and supporting the CRM team with best practice, consistency and data driven decision making.
- Lead CRM strategy and work with wider departments across IT, BI, Brand and Ecommerce to drive growth, data analysis and attain the most value from CRM
- Formulate strategies for customers, campaigns and ensure they are aligned to business goals and budgets.
- Responsible for instilling business culture and inspiring team to achieve, leading the vision and expectation of CRM.
- Manage budget, forecasts and lead daily senior Trade updates for CRM with company CEO, Directors, and stakeholders.
- Own monitoring, analysis, and evaluation of CRM, alongside risk management and forming solutions for best practice and performance.
- Stay ahead of trends and emerging opportunities that will support performance.

**What you will need**:

- 5+ years experience in a similar role
- Experience working in a performance driven environment
- Flexible and fast thinking
- Experience using a range of CRM platforms and building robust CRM systems
- Strong stakeholder management at all levels
