Our client portfolio includes globally recognised brands such as Coca-Cola, Nestle, Elemis, Homebase, and Proctor & Gamble.About The RoleWorking in the THG Ingenuity Marketing function the Head of CRM will help to deliver the overall group Marketing strategy, working closely with the divisional Marketing teams.ResponsibilitiesBe the most senior point of contact in the CRM team; leading with clear direction and a joined-up vision for the future of IngenuityWork with channel marketing team to drive performance, best practice and benchmarking across Email, SMS and AppWork with channel marketing and trading teams to manage and improve ecommerce performance to-targetDrive a culture of best-practice CRM and campaign execution and across THG Ingenuity clientWork with Data Analysts to identify opportunities for new customer journey touchpoints, Automation and WorkflowsWork with Sales and Customer Success functions to pitch to new prospects and identify opportunities to grow the CRM functionDevelop and roll-out new channels (e.g. Push Notifications, WhatsApp, SMS, Telegram)Support with reporting and insights on client performance and results – be confident to presenting findings to relevant stakeholdersSupporting with new site launches and migrations, as well other key projects and new initiativesManage and feed the tech roadmap as we continue to evolve the in-house CRMRequirementsGood understanding of Digital marketingStrong Analytical SkillsSelf-motivated and enthusiastic approach to workExcellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, effectively and appropriatelyTeam player, able to work with multiple business units to achieve objectivesAble to effectively prioritise workloadExperience with Excel, Tableau and Google AnalyticsWhat's in it for me?Career DevelopmentAccess bespoke development programmes that have been designed and developed by our in-house L&D team.Continued development through our upskilling programme that is delivered in partnership with an industry-leading training provider.Enhanced Leave25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.Don’t want to work on your birthday?
