**HR Assistant**

We are currently recruiting for a HR Assistant to join our client, who have a Head Office based in Tyseley. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive salary and fantastic benefits.

You will be working with and reporting into a fantastic Head of HR to lead and help the company on achieving its corporate objectives.

This is an incredibly important role to the company moving forwards and the ability to work at a fast and changing pace is Key.

Main Duties of the HR Assistant role include:

- Supporting the Human Resources Manager in preparing and conducting inductions with new members of staff.
- Working alongside the Training and Development Manager to create training matrices for employees. Sourcing training courses and providers for agreed courses following PDR discussions.
- Supporting the Human Resources Manager in preparation for Investors in People (IIP) audits
- Preparing absence and headcount statistics for monthly reporting and payroll input
To be considered for the role of HR Assistant you will have:

- Excellent academics and proof of ongoing professional training. (CIPD3)
- Experience in a HR role.
- Strong commercial approach to decision making
- Ability to work with limited supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a multitude of different personalities.
