Our client is an international law firm who are looking for an enthusiastic and collaborative HR Assistant to join their growing teams in their West Midlands offices on a permanent basis.

The main responsibilities for the HR Assistant will be to provide full administrative support to the HR Generalist team, comprised of four HR managers and the HR Director.

Duties will include:

- Data management of the HRIS system (Cascade) reflecting and recording absences, changes to employment contracts and processing leaver information.
- Updating the weekly starters/transfers/leavers list for circulation and managing the flow of monthly payroll data liaising with employees.
- Answering general day-to-day queries and liaising with the Risk and Compliance team to ensure HR data management compliance
- Supporting the HR manager on the annual salary review and bonus cycles.
- Overseeing the 3 and 6 month reviews, end of probation & exit interview processes.
- Awareness of employment law developments and keeping HR templates up to date.

while also possessing strong communication and attention to detail skills. The HR Assistant will be a pro-active, positive and resilient individual.
