Payroll Coordinator

A global professional services organisation, with offices based in Manchester City Centre, require an experienced Payroll Coordinator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Reporting to the Head of Payroll, you will work as part of a small team ensuring payroll is processed accurately and on time.
**Responsibilities**
- Preparation of monthly European payrolls
- Managing relationships with global providers
- Payroll reconciliations and audit
- Calculation of commission and bonus payments
- Creation of Payroll journals
- Managing queries relating to pay
- Internal and externaL stakeholder relationships
- Identifying process improvements
- Ad hoc duties
**Experience Required**
- Experience with stakeholder management
- Knowledge of payroll legislation
- Ability to calculate Gross to Net pay
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Payroll system experience
- Strong Excel skills
