- **Days of Work**:Working 5 days out of 6, some weekend work may be required.

**About the Partnerships Administrator Role**
This Partnerships Administrator role will be responsible for the administration of third party bookings to ensure the correct processing, recording and communication of bookings, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and professionally.
**Responsibilities**:
- Completing administrative tasks to support the partnerships team and wider marketing department to ensure an effective and efficient internal service.
- Working alongside our Owners team to ensure property listings are detailed and up to date on our partners
- Providing support to others within the marketing team during busy periods (i.e. Peak periods, sickness and holidays).
- Any other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested by your line manager.

- Experience working with Excel
- Experience working within an administration and or Finance Department.

- Experience taking payments
- Experience answering queries
- Production of reports
- Other elements of administration.
