**Salary**: Starting at £23,000 depending on experience

Could you be our next Helpdesk Coordinator working Porton Down?

You will l be responsible for delivering excellent customer services, managing all scheduling provisions and acting as a focal point for all maintenance activities across the estate.

Working alongside the Business Manager you will proactively co-ordinate the delivery of all workflows to a team of on-site operatives, always adhering to safe working practices for both reactive and PPM works.

Within this role you will ensure that systems are updated within prescribed timescales and utilised to their full capability to ensure maximum efficiency

What you’ll need to do this role
Using your previous experience within a customer service or scheduling environment you will be confident in calmly finding resolutions to complaints.

You will be able to demonstrate excellent IT skills in a variety of Microsoft Packages especially Excel.

It is desirable that you have experience of operating within an MOD environment and have familiarity with geography and establishments within area of responsibility

Please note due to strict onsite security and vetting checks you must be a British National to be considered for this position.

You must be able to pass SC Clearance to be considered for this role.
