Reporting into the Talent Team Lead, the Talent Acquisition Partner will be joining a fresh new team. You will be recruiting into a niche sector and take ownership of multiple roles in a fast paced environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and tracking clinical vacancies within a defined region, understanding your Hiring Managers needs, supporting with building a pipeline, shortlisting and managing the process through to completion
Based in Watford, Hertfordshire. Hybrid working is of course an option.

**Your responsibilities will include**:
Owning the full 360 recruitment lifecycle in a fast paced environment
Supporting and advising the hiring managers in their hiring needs
Collaborating with the TA team in delivering and optimising an efficient recruitment process
Delivering creative attraction and pipeline building methods to support recruiting within a competitive market

You will have 3-5 years experience recruiting in a fast-paced environment
Excellent direct sourcing ability with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions, advise
Proactive team-player, creative mindset, and go-getter attitude
