The Team Co-ordinator will be awarded private medical insurance, death in service scheme, enhanced maternity and paternity pay, long service awards and staff discount.

As the primary point of contact for the team, you will be booking in visits for each Consultant to meet with clients. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining well-managed diaries, ensuring that appointments are booked in the most efficient manner possible to minimise daily travel times across the region. You will also be responsible for moving visits - liaising with the clients in a polite and professional manner.

You will be able to demonstrate a proactive, methodical and common-sense approach to appointment management, as Consultants can cover large regional areas. Some experience of planning travel arrangements would be beneficial here but is not essential. You will be able to work at pace to manage a high volume of work in a high-quality manner and will have a discreet approach to confidentiality when required to cancel or rearrange visits. You will also need good negotiation skills to diplomatically navigate rearranging dates without compromising a new working relationship with a client. Good geographical knowledge of the UK and experience of working in the property or travel industries would be beneficial here but are not essential.

**The Team Co-ordinator will hold the following key skills**:
**Essential Experience**:

- Outstanding verbal communications

- Ability to work under pressure
- Commercially minded with the ability to prioritise visits based on business requirements

**Desirable Experience**:

- IT literate
- Previous diary management experience

- Effectively manage time, resources and journey plans to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity
- Constantly seeks out opportunities for self-development
- Work in accordance with the Data Protection Act (1998) and to ensure all new systems and data are secure
