**About the role**
Based on the exclusive Sandbanks peninsula, our 4* Haven Hotel is looking to recruit an experienced and professional **NPLQ Qualified Leisure Club Supervisor** to join the Leisure Club team.
Our Leisure Club Supervisors and Lifeguards are on hand to ensure our members and hotel guests are having a great time using our facilities whilst overseeing their poolside safety at all times. This is a role that requires superb attention to detail, high standard of presentation and excellent people skills.
We are looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic individual who can work well as part of a team, to lead and inspire, does this sound like you?
- Must have experience in a Leisure Club role
- Must be fully NPLQ qualified
- Hold a First Aid certificate
- Will have experience of working in a plant room and supervising the pool area.
- Self motivated and keen to learn.
- Be presentable and enjoy dealing with clients and the public generally.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills
- IT literate.
