Shift Supervisor

**This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced team member to take the next step in progression or an existing supervisor or leader give themselves a challenge.**

**THE ROLE**:
Assisting the Management team in the daily running of the business
Lead the team in delivering an excellent guest experience
Training and development of the team

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
At least 3 months experience in a supervisory/coaching/Lead team member role
Hospitality, leisure or retail experience
Ability to role model our values and brand standards
Passionate about great service
Enjoys and wants to be an active member of a team
Great eye for detail
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work calmly under pressure
Skilled in organising and planning
Excellent verbal communication
An understanding of what amazing guest service looks like

**Own transport is a must as public transport is not always available.**

We are in an excellent location in Canford Cliffs, situated right at the top of the chine walkway, so walks on the beach around work are a must

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent. Flexible around school, commitments, and childcare.

Salary is minimum wage plus tips, with additional per hour as a section lead. With the potential to develop to a business supervisor, but even at entry level can be upwards of **£30,000 per annum** pro rata based on;
Wage £10 x 45 hours = £450 per week
Approx. cash tips per week= £60 (based on recent averages)
Approx. card tips per week = £80 (based on recent averages)
=£590 x 52 weeks
**= £30,680 per year**
