On behalf of the MOD, we are looking for a Training Coordinator,(Inside IR35) for a 8 months (potential extension) contract based in London (1-3 days per week)

**As a Training Coordinator, your main responsibilities will be**:

- Lead the planning and allocating of trainers for new joiners training.
- Oversee the database for all modules completed by individuals.
- Maintain awareness and management, monitoring, and reporting of internal casework training.
- To lead and manage HEO trainers.
- Ownership of and maintain training Standard Operating Procedures.
- Brief relevant Assistant Heads on training progress as and when required.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement
