**Product Team Administrator**

**Location: Hadfield**

**Salary: £23,000**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as a Product Team Administrator. As the Product Team Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our product team by efficiently managing administrative tasks, facilitating smooth communication, and ensuring effective project coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail to contribute to the success of our growing organization.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Prepare and organize packs for product presentations, ensuring all necessary materials are included.
- Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and distribute information to relevant team members in a timely manner.
- Handle general administrative tasks to contribute to the overall efficiency of the team.
- Manage and update information in the Navision system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Regularly review the container dashboard to stay informed about product shipments and status.
- Identify and report any issues related to container shipments, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to resolve them promptly.
- Ensure packing lists are accurately tallied and match the contents of shipments.
- Assist in project coordination by providing administrative support to ensure projects are executed smoothly.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist the product team with administrative tasks related to the EOS (Enterprise Operating System).
- Coordinate and support the team in managing direct deliveries, ensuring a seamless process.
- Respond to ad-hoc requests from the product team, providing timely and effective support.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a product or project management environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Navision (or similar ERP systems).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Glossop
