**Job Title**: Administrative Assistant
**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Utilize our diary software for scheduling jobs and appointments for each engineer. Training will be provided on this program.
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed
- Input financial data into Sage accounts, reconcile incoming/outgoing bank transactions, generate invoices, pursue overdue accounts and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks. Previous experience reconciling bank feeds using Sage, Quick-books, Xero or a similar accounts software is desirable
**Skills**:
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately
- Familiarity with Sage accounts or similar invoicing software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong computer skills to effectively computerize data and documents
- Good phone etiquette and communication skills
- An ability to learn new tasks efficiently
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
