Job Title: HR Coordinator

Reporting into the Area HR Manager, this role will be working in an Ofsted Outstanding School that works closely with children and young adults with special educational needs.

Working in a busy office environment this role will work to manage the end to end HR process including recruitment, payroll, providing administrative support with staff development and will also provide first line advice and guidance to Managers and staff.You will support and advise the team on a range of ER issues including sickness and absence management, disciplinaries, grievances, maternity and paternity leave. In addition this individual will assist the Area HR Manager with more complex case work and willalso be required to support the Finance team in the processing of the monthly payroll.

This role will suit someone who has higher altruism and wants to work in an organisation with a long-term social purpose
