The HR Advisor will play a critical role in the service delivery of the HR function. Reporting to the CFO you will work with the HR team
- consisting of an HR BP, Payroll Consultant and HR & Payroll coordinator to support delivery of the HR people plan.

**Description**

The key responsibilities of the HR Advisor in Southall will be:

- Be an integral part of the team to review and improve HR processes to enhance the employee journey
- Improving the New Starter process, automating the process through facilities such as docusign and making the beginning employee process more paperless/sustainable. Including a revamp of the induction process
- HMRC audit support where relevant
- RTI audit
- Part of the Salary and grade bench marking
- Be part of the team development and training programs
- Be part of automation of HR and Payroll systems
- Recruitment PSLs
- Lead on change management projects to focus on team performance
- Appropriate recruitment, branding, talent management and retention
- Working closely with the HR Business Partner to support Employee relations cases to enhance end to end employee journey whilst ensuring high risk/emerging issues are escalated to the relevant stakeholders
- Support people managers to drive the performance, talent and succession agenda in their functions. Creating action plans to form pipelines of emerging talent
- Lead in exit interview
- Control the Master employee files
- Support /Cover HR & Payroll coordinator role

**Profile**

The successful HR Advisor in Southall will have:

- Experience of working in a HR function in a fast paced commercially orientated organisation who is enthusiastic about providing practical solution
- Employee relations experience, comfortable to undertake end to end case management, including note taking
- Can work under pressure juggling multiple tasks and achieve deadlines
- Able to build positive relationships with leaders, managers, and colleagues
- Able to convey ideas and advice clearly, concisely, with conviction and in a persuasive manner often in the face of opposition when advice is challenged
- Able to understand the HR priorities arising from operational management issues, advising managers appropriately and persuasively on the action they should take, evaluating and assessing the impact and risks of such action.
- High standard of verbal and written communication skills/able to generate own correspondence and reports.
- Collaborative team Player with a solution orientation and a drive for results

**Job Offer**
