**Team Support Generalist**

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced Team Support Generalist to join our team. The Team Support Generalist will play a key role in providing support in various Team Support functions, including employee relations, performance management, training and development, and Team Support policy implementation. This role requires a proactive and adaptable professional with a deep understanding of recruitment best practices and a passion for fostering a positive employee experience.

**Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment**:

- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the offer process, negotiate employment terms, and facilitate the onboarding of new hires.

**Employee Relations**:

- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on Team Support policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues by conducting investigations, facilitating discussions, and recommending appropriate actions.
- Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

**Training and Development**:

- Identify training needs and collaborate with managers to develop and deliver training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
- Assist in coordinating internal and external training sessions and monitor training program effectiveness.

**Team Support Policy and Compliance**:

- Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of Team Support policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date Team Support records and documentation.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Bachelor's degree **AND/OR proven** experience (3 years) as a Team Support Generalist
- Familiarity with Team Support policies, procedures, and employment-related laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite.

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development at Graduate level or above.
- Highly IT literate including excellent Excel skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
