During the pandemic, people have spent time and money doing up their homes and customers need well versed and quality focussed individuals to help them make the right choices for their homes. My client prides themselves on being about what the client needs,not what you can upsell or push on to them. That is why, this is not a targeted sales role but more quality focussed.
Working on the phones to follow up on online enquiries and online chat too - you will be advising customers and trades people about what they need for their home and will be responsible for progression enquiries to orders.
You will have 6 months experience of sales/customer service working with a product, perhaps phone sales, trade counter or concessions at a department store. However, if you think you could do this role because you are spunky, talented and quick to pick thingsup then get in touch too. Must have excellent customer services and be able to question a client about their needs.
