Netwirking Recruitment are working with a multinational firm who are looking for an experienced Application Support Analyst to join their team in Edinburgh.

**As an Application Support Analyst you will;**
- Provide third line support for the firms Practice Management System (PMS) and connected systems.
- Develop future enhancements and functions to support the growing demands of the business
- Recommend, test and manage implementation of system patches and updates.
- Work closely with the lead Applications Integration Specialist as well as other members of the Applications and Development team.

**About you**:

- Have experience of working with Practice Management/Accounting systems (highly desirable)
- Strong SQL skills with evidence of SQL development expertise
- Experience maintaining and supporting server estates, web servers, servers generally and support/development duties.
- Excellent knowledge of the Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- A real can-do attitude towards problem solving
- A strong emphasis on team-work and an ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
- Flexible, with a forward thinking approach, and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
