**Team Leader - Hitchin (Full-Time)**

Are you a natural leader with a passion for great food and fantastic customer service? If so, **Crepeaffaire** is looking for a **Team Leader** to help us build an amazing team and deliver an unforgettable experience for our customers.

**What We’re Looking For**

We need someone who:
Has previous experience in a **supervisory or team leader role** within hospitality or a similar customer-facing environment
Thrives in a fast-paced setting and leads by example
Has excellent customer service and communication skills
Can train, motivate, and support a team to deliver top-tier service
Is confident in handling operational duties, including opening and closing procedures

**What You’ll Be Doing**

❤ Leading and inspiring your team to provide outstanding customer service
❤ Overseeing food preparation, ensuring quality and consistency
❤ Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming store
❤ Supporting with stock management and daily operations
❤ Ensuring food safety, health & safety, and compliance standards are met
❤ Bringing positive energy and keeping the vibe upbeat

**The Details**

You must be **18+** due to equipment use and occasional lone working
Training will take place at our **St Albans** store - you’ll need to be able to commute there for two weeks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.00-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
