Team Leader

Our client is looking for a team leader to join their team based in Hitchin. As part of the Team Leader role you will be required to complete all day to day management including 1:2:1’s, training & development and team meetings. Further to this, you willbe a key point of contact for customer, developing trust through relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Leading a team of 9 account managers, ensuring relationships with customers are maintained.
- Ensuring the team stays motivated, keeps on top of their heavy workloads and supporting them with challenges.
- Key contact for escalations and customer enquiries.
- Leading client service reviews and providing accurate and regular reports on service performance to the Customers, as well as internal management teams.
- Reporting to the business and also back to the customer on key performance indicators.
- You will be required to work closely with the wider Contact Centre Management Team.
- As a Team Leader in this role, you will be available to assist in escalations on accounts outside normal working hours (8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday).
**Your skills**:
- We are looking for someone who has previously worked within a team management role, preferably within Customer Service with a key focus on working with large national customers or FM companies.
- Previous experience working with multiple IT systems including Outlook, Microsoft & CRMs is required.
- Good attention to detail is important, ensuring all data is accurately entered onto the system and cascaded to the relevant departments.
- Organised and proactive team leader, with great communication skills.
**Working Hours**:
Monday
- Friday 8am-5pm
