We are looking to recruit a Fostering Social Worker within the Social Care Industry. Our client has a well-structured and organised team that are looking to grow their staffing levels. The role offers flexible working hours and has a supportive team culturewith regular supervision on cases. West Sussex County Council is embedding a systemic approach and is currently undergoing a number of changes focussed on reducing caseloads and improving outcomes for families. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-pacedand supportive team within West Sussex County Council Main duties include:Working as a Supervising Social Worker Training and supporting Foster Carers Completing Form F assessments or Kinship care AssessmentsHas experience of foster care provisions eitherthrough and agency or local authority capacityBenefits of Working with West Sussex County Council: Our Client has free onsite parking with the opportunity for role progression and training for both perm and temporary staff within the authority.
