As the Finance Assistant you will work with the finance team to provide support with the organisation’s day to day finance tasks. This will include a variety of administrative jobs, including invoice processing, communicating with external stakeholders and ensuring income received is recorded promptly.

The role and responsibilities:

- Maintain purchase ledger within Xero, ensuring all supplier invoices are processed
- Maintain sales ledger within Xero, providing support where needed
- Manage the booking of training courses for staff across the organisation
- Liaise with suppliers, dealing with various accounts queries that may arise
- Process NHS invoices via Tradeshift
- Update a supplier spreadsheet, ensuring all information is correct
- Record income statements on Xero
- Provide administrative support

Part time - 20 hours per week

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 weeks

**Salary**: From £21,137.41 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
