**Duties & responsibilities**:

- Works under the direction of the Marketing Manager to help reach the company's marketing goals and objectives.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Co-ordinating and updating content to our website, as well as ensuring our marketing materials are kept current
- Assisting with the organisation and running of marketing and company events and exhibitions
- Forming a good understanding of the portfolio of products
- Monitoring media coverage
- Involvement with campaigns
- General admin
- Adhoc assistance on tasks for the MD
- Maintenance and update dealers’ databases

**Person Specification Skills and abilities**:

- Excellent written, face to face and telephone communication skills
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook, Word and Adobe
- Highly organised and excellent time management skills
- Enthusiasm for working in a busy and demanding environment
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and balance their workload to achieve deadlines
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of the English Language
- Professional and approachable manner

**Knowledge and experience**:

- Experience working in a professional office environment
- At least 1 year’s experience in a similar role
- Experience dealing with internal or external customers
- Willingness to learn Data Protection and Health and Safety regulations

**Education and qualifications**:

- Educated to a degree level
