**Purpose of the role**:
This role will involve assisting our e-commerce, production and marketing teams in the day-to-day maintenance and operation of all our websites. It will be a varied role that requires strong organisational skills and workload management in order to perform daily activities, as well as an ability to react positively to short-notice requests.
Being involved in multiple projects will provide a challenging and often fast-paced working environment where communication is key.
An interest in online fashion retail will be highly beneficial, while an eagerness to learn and to contribute to the performance of our team will be essential.
**Main duties and responsibilities**:
- Key team member for product and category production - responsible for uploading and maintaining product descriptions, prices, imagery, video, and quality checking in-line with internal deadlines.
- Assist with trade planning and marketing plan creation to identify/champion/drive areas that will improve conversion.
- Responsible for coordinating and executing site refreshes, peak trade actions, seasonal campaign launches etc.
- Support on onsite visual merchandising, actively working to improve conversion and sell through.
- Support with stock checks, stock fragmentations and intake, working to maximise sales opportunities.
- Communicate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely development and launch of all projects/campaigns.
- Own the ecom product photography process, review and QC retouched images as they come back, ensure products are set to live within deadline.
- Able to work well across different functions in the business through building relationships with other departments.
- Assist in web analytics and data reporting on a periodic basis, identifying new opportunities to aid conversion and growth.
- Assist in improving UI and UX, improving search results and website navigation.
**What you'll need**:
- Proficient knowledge of Excel.
- Magento 2 and Shopify experience will be beneficial.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask.
- A keen eye for detail.
- A natural team ethic and well rounded interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
