**Finance Assistant**
**Role overview**£25,000 per annum (£36,000 FTE), Part-Time minimum 25 hours.
Hybrid working with 50/50 working from home and our Farnborough office.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Finance Assistant will form a key part of our busy finance team. An accounts all-rounder, this is a varied role which will be getting involved in all aspects of the accounting function from sales ledger, purchase ledgerand month end.
**Key responsibilities include**:

- Setting up of new accounts in our CRM and in QuickBooks
- Importing sales invoices to Quickbooks
- Daily update of the banking feed and allocating payments to sales ledger
- Management of customer direct debits
- Organising the payment of invoices
- Bank reconciliation
- Sales ledger reconciliation between 3 systems (Internal Sales system, QuickBooks and Salesforce)
- Monthly and quarterly preparation of royalty statements to third parties

As we are a close team and you will be working with other internal stakeholders, excellent communication skills are key.
