**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with weekly payment run calculations, identifying vendors requiring payment
- Daily setting up of payment for operators, ensuring appropriate approvals are in place
- Statement reconciliations
- Reviewing credit card expenditure
- Reviewing coding and VAT of purchase and sales invoices
- Monthly review of VAT transaction and quarterly VAT returns
- Maintaining monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist in preparation of accruals and prepayments at month end
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience within a similar role
- Knowledge of Double Entry Bookkeeping would be highly desirable.
- Experienced accounts payable assistant
- Experience of working with a fully integrated ERP system
- Excel experience including V Look ups
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Good problem-solving skills
