Receptionist/accounts Administrator

Our team is growing, and we are looking for a full time Receptionist & Accounts Administrator to join us
Your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Reception duties
- Professional and warm welcome to all visitors
- Notifying our client companies when their visitors arrive
- Managing the signing in process of visitors and contractors
- Administration and co-ordination of parking spaces, meeting rooms
- Updating and maintaining client lists for reception
- Opening and closing of Reception and other facilities such as communal areas
- Answering all calls and forwarding messages to the relevant companies
- Post and mail handling
Lounges
- Management of meeting rooms. Ensuring all are set up and run as scheduled
- Managing and ordering stock for communal kitchens and meeting rooms
Additional
- Covering for holidays or sickness of colleagues
- Assisting and supporting events within the building
- Occasional admin support for management office
Accounts Admin
- Generating sales invoices
- Dealing with sales invoice queries
- Generating Purchase Orders incl shopping around for the best price
- Checking Purchase invoices against Purchase Orders
- Posting purchase invoices on Sage
- Keeping a tidy up to date purchase ledger
- Checking Electricity Invoicing
- Reading Electricity Meters
- Dealing with Business Rates invoicing and queries
- Bank reconciliation incl petty cash
- Preparing payment runs
- Assistance with preparation of reports and accounts
About You
- Good with time management
- Friendly and welcoming to visitors
- An eye for detail
- Familiar with Sage one (not essential)
- Basic excel skills
- Organised and efficient
- An excellent communicator
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.21-£12.75 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
