Independent artisan bakery, Loaf, is looking for a friendly and multi-tasking Business Administrator. Initially this will be for 10 hours per week (09.30 - 2.30pm) with a view to increasing to 15 hours per week in time. The role is based at our head office bakehouse in Farnham.

Supporting the directors and Business Manager, this is a varied role best suited to applicants with a proactive, flexible, 'can do' approach who must also be a fast learner and work efficiently at speed.

The role will include the following tasks:

- Processing payroll using Xero (prior experience beneficial, but not essential)
- Liaising with Bookkeeper providing invoices
- Organising cash and credit card income
- General administration as required

The role involves working within a small and very friendly team, and you will enjoy the benefit of lovely freshly baked goods whilst you work as the office is situated above our bakehouse Whilst the role will involve working on set days (ideally Wednesdays and Thursdays, with one more day added to your working week in time) there may be some flexibility on occasions to swap your days around.
