Summary of Position:
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Office Assistant will offer day to day support to both the General Manager and Sales Administrator to ensure all daily functions are completed.

Working in a bustling environment, the Office Assistant will ensure all daily orders are prepared, checked and despatched on time. The role is very varied, not just your typical office working day; there will be a number of ad-hoc duties, including driving to our Birmingham Office once a week and operating a small laser engraving machine.

Experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not essential. Basic computer skills, a willingness to learn and an enthusiastic attitude is a must.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- General filing.
- Assist the General Manager & Sales Administrator with customer enquiries.
- Use computerised system to locate and print daily orders.
- Pick, pack, and ship daily orders.
- Ensure orders are ready for daily collections.
- Laser Marking products (complete training will be given).
- Boxing/labelling products ready for dispatch.
- Driving products to Birmingham once per week.
- Maintain the Office environment - Ensure reception area is presentable and well stocked at all times. Office areas are to be tidy and organised, with adequate office supplies available.

Hours of work:
8 am - 5 pm Monday - Thursday

8 am - 1 pm - Friday

The position will be based at Teague Precision Chokes, Pinkney Park, Malmesbury.
