An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Lead to join our Project Management Office to support in the oversight, co-ordination & delivery of key improvement projects, programmes and improvement activity across the region
The role would suit someone who is well-organised, driven and adaptable, with strong interpersonal skills. This is a good opportunity to broaden knowledge and build on previous experiences in a busy and supportive environment.
With a natural ability to build strong and effective multi professional relationships, you will work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels to develop trusted relations across the region and with your other regional and national colleagues.
Excellent planning and organisational skills will be required to support the team in delivering high quality events (including the facilitation and delivery of workshops/meetings) and in delivering project/programme outcomes.
Clear and effective communication will also be key to this role, providing both verbal and written updates and reports as required by the project leads.
Although this post is currently primarily home working depending on the Division to which you are assigned to the base may be Hull, ER or Scarborough/Ryedale
Supporting the Project Management Office to deliver a range of business initiatives and projects
- Supporting, monitoring and reporting on project activities.
- Providing administrative support to the team as required
- Supporting workshop and event planning, including content, ensuring that project teams are fully prepared for meetings with supporting paperwork and information.
- Supporting the development of operational processes and improvements to ensure robust coordination and alignment across the team in the delivery of its operational plan.
- Providing information to Project Managers on project related matters.
- Maintaining data/information collection systems for its effective use by the team.
- Providing support for the Humber Coast and Vale (HCV) Provider Collaborative Team co-ordinating reports and updates
Interviews will be held remotely via Teams and an invite will be sent in advance. Office base; Varied.
