**About the role**
We're looking for dynamic and enthusiastic **OLE** **Skilled Operatives**to join our** Painter Brothers** team in **Hereford.**

**What you'll be doing**
- Identify, assemble and store OLE equipment.
- Operate within the Overhead Line Stores area moving materials and general duties to support all Operations
- Work safely at all times following risk assessments and work instructions and maintain a clean working environment
- Embrace our Zero Harm approach to safety
- Produce quality product in line with business Quality Management System.
- Work effectively and efficiently to meet production demands.
- Contribute to our Continuous Improvement approach and actively help to reduce waste in our processes.

**Who we're looking for**
- Able to use air and electric hand tools, grinders, etc.
- Willingness to learn and embrace new ideas.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Able to read drawings and understand and complete documentation relating to processes within the workplace.
- Have a good understanding of Health and Safety and can maintain and safe and clean working environment.

The following qualities/experience are desirable:

- Experience in a Stores environment or small component manufacture
- Experience in working in a Factory environment
- Experience in the operation of overhead cranes and plant
- Experience in Forklift truck and telehandler operations
- Computer literate to read / complete stock sheets desired
