**About The Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi Skilled Tradesperson to join our Facilities Team. The role is based in our Hereford Head Office.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, as Multi Skilled Tradesperson you will join a friendly and dedicated Facilities Team fulfilling a wide range of duties across all sites.
We offer a competitive salary, which we will discuss at the interview stages, based on your specific trade qualification, and skills.
The role will be covering a wide range of maintenance duties, including:
Carpentry and carpentry finishing.
Plumbing.
Painting and surface preparation.
Electrical repairs and maintenance.
PAT testing.
Qualifications and background in a specific trade will be an advantage, but not essential.
As a Multi Skilled Tradesperson, some of your other duties will include:

- Timely completion of outstanding tasks assigned via FM Co-ordinator using Microsoft Teams, and internal ticketing system (Assyst).
- Maintaining a detailed inventory of tools and equipment for use across the estate.
- When undertaking work in relation to construction projects ensuring accurate records are maintained for auditing purposes.
- Maintaining excellent working relationships with external suppliers and customers.

Some of your additional duties will include:

- Providing ad hoc out of hours response and support, including during company events, and for the Carriages Restaurant evenings.
- Undertaking and maintaining First Aid, Fire Marshal, and Defib Operator qualifications.
- Becoming competent user of the allpay intruder and fire alarm systems and you may be acting as a key holder for the Company.

- Have evidenced knowledge of buildings services management.
- Have a full, clean driving licence.
