**Job Role**

To handle incoming and outgoing calls related to vehicle purchases, collections and appraisals, while supporting administrative tasks on behalf of our **Big Wants Your Car** team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage incoming queries about collection schedules, finance processes, payment details and ownership changes.
- Make outbound calls to confirm missing documents, process updates or price amendments.
- Complete vehicle appraisals, including verifying customer-uploaded photos against collected vehicle conditions.
- Liaise with Pricing Valuers for adjustments due to additional damage or missing documentation, ensuring changes are communicated with customers.
- Conduct HPI checks, review MOT history and V-checks for vehicle ownership and condition verification.
- Validate key documents, including V5s, driving licences and finance settlement letters.
- Process completed deals, update trade information and ensure vehicles are marked as purchased in internal systems.
- Ensure customer details are accurate for payments.
- Manage finance settlements and provide proof of payment to customers.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the automotive industry desirable
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in managing customer records and administrative systems

The role will cover 40 hours per week, predominately Monday to Friday, although some alternate Saturdays may be required. Hours are 8:30am-5:30pm.

Pay: Up to £23,859.00 per year
