**What You’ll Do**

As a **Call Centre Agent**, you will:

- Handle **inbound and outbound calls** for various campaigns
- Deliver **exceptional customer service** and support
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently
- Follow scripts where required and use your initiative to enhance the customer journey
- Update and maintain customer records in our systems

**What We’re Looking For**

We’re hiring both **experienced call centre agents** and enthusiastic **new starters** ready to learn and grow.

**You should have**:

- Clear and confident communication skills
- A professional and positive attitude
- Basic computer literacy
- A willingness to learn and adapt
- Previous customer service or call centre experience is a bonus, but **not essential**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
