Understanding our Purpose, what we stand for and how we do things is at the heart of our colleague engagement - everybody wants to be part of the bigger picture Our Internal Communication Business Partner will form a key part of the internal communications team and work to support our Asset Strategy & Capital Delivery Department.

In this role you will help to translate Asset Strategy and Capital Delivery initiatives into meaningful colleague communications, to help colleagues to join the dots with what is happening across the directorate. You will help drive to engagement and alignment behind the directorate’s business priorities by helping to create clarity for people about where they fit in and what they need to do.

You will proactively support the Director of Asset Strategy and Capital Delivery and their leadership team and be their first point of contact to become a trusted adviser and understand complex issues. You will need to ask the right questions and gather intel from the business to craft engagement strategies and narratives that inform and inspire our people and measure outputs to capture campaign success.

Ultimately, you will help to shape our people engagement strategy for the directorate, making sure our engagement campaigns, content, channels and events drive maximum employee engagement with those in front line roles.

You will find yourself in a super high paced environment with competing deadlines, but we have lots of fun and you will have a pivotal role in helping to drive forward the culture across the business.
