**Shift pattern**: 4 on 2 off rotating mornings and afternoons

We slice and pack cooked meats for ASDA, having started in 2006 and since then our turnover has grown to circa £300m per annum and we now employ 1,200 colleagues at our state-of-the-art operation in Normanton.

We have exciting opportunities for **Production Line Managers** to join our team based in Normanton, West Yorkshire.
The High Care and Low Care Department are currently looking for enthusiastic and people focused Line Managers. Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will be providing support and coaching to colleagues at all levels.
Do you consider yourself to be resilient and able to lead by example? Want to get your sleeves rolled up and stuck in? Ideally, you will have the ability to communicate with staff at all levels using a variety of techniques with previous experience gained fromwithin a fast-paced environment.
This is a truly varied and challenging position working for Forza Foods.
**As our Production Line Manager you will be responsible for**:
- Delivery of production plans
- Comply with company and legal standards (food safety, health & safety, hygiene and environment)
- Assist in line managing a team of operatives (organise, motivate, communicate)
- Demonstrate clear leadership behaviours
- Encourage teamwork
- To meet the required standards around specifications and quality
- Professional around people management
- Efficient and effective use of labour
- Manage, monitor and improve line performance
- Support new starters, offering help where required
- Previous experience within food manufacturing industry
- Leadership and people management skills
- IT literate
- Good numeracy and literacy
- Excellent communication skills
- Accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
- Resilience, enthusiasm, motivation and a flexible attitude to work
