The Webinar vet is looking for an amazing star to join their growing team in our membership department.
To be successful as a Client relationship and retention executive, you would provide both existing and new customers with excellent service to ensure they utilize their membership to the best of their ability. You should be able to manage multiple customer accounts without compromising on the quality of services provided.
We are a fun, kind, and established team and customer care is second nature to us all.
**Package**:
- Permanent role
- Competitive salary
- Uncapped commission
- Hybrid working (dependant on your location.)
- 1-hour lunch break
- An annual holiday allowance of 23 days (with 3 taken for Christmas break) and increases one day per year of service if the role was to become permanent, plus bank holidays (pro rata).
- Pension contribution
- Birthday off (if it falls midweek)
- 2 x days off for charity work per year
- Casual dress code in the office
**Role and Responsibilities-**
- Welcome new customers to the service, assess their needs, and offer solutions accordingly
- Call lapsed and new customers to secure new/additional business, including retention of our subscription-based members
- Ensure the Customer journey is fully executed for both individual and practice memberships
- Up-selling and cross-selling the full range of products and services while building strong customer relationships and improving customer satisfaction ratings
- Using your industry knowledge, build relationships with prospective customers who submit inquiries
- Use the CRM system effectively, ensuring all relevant customer information is entered onto the system, pro-actively updating and cleansing the existing member data
- Ensuring targets are achieved
- Build strong relationships with our community, helping them to find relevant CPD and increase their consumption of our content
**Do you have any of the below? -**
- Successful track record in customer service and sales-related roles and experience in or knowledge of the veterinary industry is essential
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
- Ability to negotiate
- Able to deal with objections effectively and encourage customer retention
- Self-motivated and a hunger for success
- Flexibility toward tasks
- Good IT skills including the use of CRM databases
- Accurate and timely data entry skills
