**Job Description**:
**Who are we looking for?**

The Hydrogen 3 Advanced Technologies Division (H3AT) is advancing the tritium life cycle solutions to deliver fusion energy on a power plant scale. The team is based across two sites (Culham and South Yorkshire), with a suite of unique operational facilities, and supporting serval research programmes.

The Administrator will provide timely, efficient, and professional administrative/secretarial support to staff in the H3AT division and to the Outreach and Training programme managers.

**What will you be responsible for?**
- Organising travel for people within the division
- Maintaining and updating of records and databases
- Arranging business related events in accordance with the needs of the business
- Supporting the training and development records
- Liaising with Different stakeholder to ensure smooth transfer of information and effective information sharing

**Qualifications**:
**Essential skills, experience and competence required**
- Ability to demonstrate discrete and professional approach
- Good IT skills and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to cope with multiple tasks and prioritise appropriately
- Previous demonstrable administrative experience
