**Job Title**: Training Support Assistant

**Position**: Permanent, Full-Time

**Salary**: £23,000 plus generous company bonuses, circa £27,500 pa

**Hours**: 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday - Friday

**Location**: Stapeley, Nantwich, CW5 7JW + countrywide store visits

We are recruiting for a Training Support Assistant within our Training Department. This role will be based from our Head Office in Nantwich and will involve store visits working alongside our Lead Trainers in all departments. There will be various opportunities to grow and progress as the training department evolves due to our rapid expansion.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in implementing training schedules for all departments
- Liaising with lead trainers to carry out training reviews for new employees
- On-going reviews updating store procedures and manuals
- Carrying out training, both in stores and at Head Office which can be one-to-one training or group sessions
- Review on-going training records
- Retain accurate records of the above with our user-friendly computer systems
- Communicate and co-ordinate with internal departments

**Skills and Experience**:

- Good communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Be comfortable with Microsoft systems such as Excel, Word, Outlook
- Be a proactive problem solver who is confident in engaging with all levels of staff
- Be an excellent team player and have the ability to work to scheduled planning
- Be flexible and adaptable in the development of our new training department
- Full drivers licence essential.

A DBS disclosure will be required for this position (for which Ableworld will meet the cost).
