As a Case Worker you will be responsible for helping people who have been out of work for at least 9 months find sustainable employment. You will manage a caseload of participants and will understand each participant's individuals needs to help plan thesupport they require to get back to work.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Building effective and positive relationships daily.
- Challenging your Participants to identify and overcome any potential barriers and help put realistic targets in place for them to meet to ensure you get a sustainable outcome.
- Provide job search support, guiding participants to register on appropriate jobs boards and ensuring their digital profiles are up to date and visible to employers.
- Support participants in preparing for job interviews, conducting mock interviews and assessment activity.
- Meet all monthly performance targets and key performance indicators.

**Please note full training will be given if you are successful.**

**Experience Required**:

- Working in a fast paced, evolving environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Working in a performance target driven environment, with KPIs
- You can communicate, persuade, influence, and listen to others.
- You must be computer literate and be able to input data accurately
- You must have a working knowledge of Microsoft tools e.g., Word and Excel.
