Skilled Assembly Operative, permanent full-time position working a day shift, Monday to Friday in Swindon. Offering a salary of £23,000 plus some great employment benefits, you will be working as part of a team, responsible for the skilled assembly of highvalue manufactured parts used in the aerospace sector, able to follow technical assembly specifications and ensure that work is conducted to high quality standards.

Your employment background will evidence production/sub assembly and fine manufacturing quality inspection duties, working with hand tools, air tools and high precision measurement tooling. The need to pick parts, assemble against customer requirements,build and assembly prototypes and ensure that all products are packaged, labelled correctly for global clients is key to this role.

As a Skilled Assembly Operative, you will have worked within stock control, picking and stores, able to place, pick and distribute parts correctly in a warehouse environment, if you have any previous Forklift skills refresher training can be provided asthere is a need to help with deliveries during busy/peak times and work as part of the wider shop floor team.

This role is supported by a great team of people who work well together, ensuring that the work is carried out to customer order, in line with GMP procedures.
