You will be working for a well respected and massively growing manufacturer in Coventry CV2.

Your main goal is to develop and maintain standards for processes, assisting with raw material trials and analysis, conducting relevant process and quality audits and actively seeking improvements to the process through CI projects and audit scores.

This role comes with fantastic opportunities for growth and progrsssion, you could run the lab ? recruit your own team ?

This role is trainable, we are looking fpr a seld startrer who wants to learn and create a career.

This is a varied, time crictical role.

In addition to the above, you will be assisting with the development and updating of training materials and competency matrices.

You will be 50% in the labatory testing and 50% on the shop floor loking at the calibration.

You will be working with a very attentive, people first manager who will take the time to train you and devbelop you.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

- Chemistry, manufacturing & controls: 1 year (preferred)
