Economic Crime have the opportunity to join them as a Training & Quality Control Manager - Financial Crime Operations. This role will lead a team of 4 Quality Control Specialists with a focus on delivering high-quality Quality Control and Training Activities. It will ensure that Financial Crime Operations staff are supported to maintain high standards of compliance and capability, embedding quality, consistency and continuous improvement across the function. The role holder will lead and inspire the team to contribute to departmental objectives by fostering a culture of accountability and knowledge sharing. It will oversee the design and delivery of quality control checks on Financial Crime Operations outputs (eg Case Reviews, Investigations, Alerts, Disclosures) as well as ensuring that appropriate processes are in place to accurately record, analyse and feedback to improve first-time quality and report on quality trends to Senior Managers, contributing to risk mitigation strategies. Working with Operational Leads, it will also identify areas of weakness and recommend process improvements.
