Payroll Assistant

We are recruiting a Payroll Assistant to support on a temporary basis due to expansion, on an ongoing basis.

Hours: 37 hours per week (i.e. 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, with some flexibility

Pay: £13 per hour

Location: Based in the office in Kings Hill

Joining a team of 3 you will initially work on weekly payroll of around 1000 but your duties will expand

Duties will include:

- Checking the payroll inbox and answering queries
- Checking new starter information is correct
- Accurately logging new starters onto the payroll system
- Assisting with the processing of all payrolls - weekly and monthly
- Adding holidays onto the system
- Processing any adhoc payroll paperwork

It is essential that you have previous payroll experience so that you will hit the ground running. You must be confident with payroll systems and Excel. A payroll qualification is preferred.
