**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Greeting visitors at the reception and making refreshments
- Sorting and Distributing incoming mail
- Typing and preparation of letters, memos, and minutes.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Manage and maintain office supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are available.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring all documents are easily accessible.
- To provide office support for the Clerk
- In the absence of the Clerk, be prepared to take minutes of the Meetings of the Trustees
- Be prepared to work alone while the Clerk is out of the office
**Experience**
- Previous experience in an administrative role is essential
- Strong clerical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Competence in working with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 per week
